Commercial Exhibit Application

Thank you for your interest in the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo Commercial Exhibitor Program. We will accept applications for new exhibitors between May 1 and Aug. 31. Exhibitors who participated in the 2012 Show need not apply. We will be in contact with you by Sept. 1 regarding your invitation to the 2013 Show. New applicants will be notified in late November as to whether we are able to accommodate your request to participate in our event.

If you have questions, please read this application and the 2013 Commercial Exhibitor Handbook, which will be posted online by June 1, 2012. In the meantime, please use the 2012 Commercial Exhibitor Handbook for reference. If you have further questions after reading these documents, please call 832.667.100 and ask for the Commercial Exhibits Department.
